Yes, absolutely. All of our fragrance oils are proudly sourced from the EU and come with approved Material Safety Datasheets (MSDS), ensuring they meet strict safety and quality standards.

Are Fragna Fabric & Air Fresheners water-based?

No. All of our fresheners are completely water-free, ensuring a highly concentrated, long-lasting aroma that won't ruin your fabrics.

How do I set up and use my Hourglass Diffuser?

Setting up your hourglass is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Pour: Carefully pour the entire 200ml oil bottle into one of the glass containers.

  2. Assemble: Gently fit both glass ends onto the wooden base.

  3. Secure: Close both glass containers securely, but do not overtighten them to prevent any accidental breakage.

  4. Flip: Remember to flip your hourglass once every 12 hours to keep the oil moving smoothly and prevent potential leakage.

 

💡 Tip for Optimal Scent: It takes about a week for the wooden center to become thoroughly saturated with the oil. Once it does, it will achieve its optimal scent diffusion and release the perfect fragrance!

How do I use and maintain my Lava Diffuser?

To get the most out of your lifetime Lava Diffuser, keep these guidelines in mind:

  • Assembly & Setup: Assemble the diffuser according to its design, and add your fragrance oil directly to the top of the lava rock.

  • Extinguishing: When putting the candle out, make sure the wick remains upright so it doesn't sink into the wax.

  • Oil Safety: Never soak the lava rock with excess oil, as this can cause the oil to catch a direct flame.

  • Approved Oils Only: Only use Fragna's signature oils, or alternative oils that are 100% free of alcohol and water.

 

⚠️ Safety First: Never leave a lit candle unattended. Because the lava rock naturally absorbs and gradually releases scent over time, you'll still enjoy the fragrance even when the candle is turned off!

What is the warranty policy on Fragna electrical diffusers?

All of our electrical diffusers come with a one-year warranty on spare parts.

  • Please note: This warranty covers internal components and spare parts; Fragna is not responsible for physical breakage of the machine's body or outer casing.

What happens if my electrical diffuser breaks after the warranty expires?

Don't worry! If anything happens to your machine after your one-year warranty is up, Fragna has a dedicated technical team and a full stock of necessary spare parts ready to repair your machine and get it back to perfect working order.

Depending on the size of your washing load, pour one to two caps of laundry oil directly into the softener compartment. You can use it on its own, or mix it right in with your favorite unscented fabric softener.

While our oils are sourced from the EU and are free of harsh chemicals, we always recommend keeping diffusers, laundry oils, and burning candles out of direct reach of children and pets. For homes with pets, ensure the room is well-ventilated.

Can I mix two different Fragna scents in my diffuser?

Technically, yes! If you want to get creative, you can mix our oils. However, we highly recommend trying them individually first, as our fragrances are expertly blended to offer a perfectly balanced top, middle, and base note on their own.

My electrical diffuser isn't misting properly. What should I do?

Often, a lack of mist is just due to oil buildup. Try emptying the machine and gently wiping the internal ultrasonic plate with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol. If the issue persists and you are within your one-year warranty, reach out to our technical team for assistance!
